Our Management Plan
At Lovvorn Construction we’ve developed a reliable sub-contractor selection process and project management system, designed to reduce the total cost of construction while maintaining high levels of craftsmanship and on-time project delivery. In other words, our clients receive exceptional value for their investment, without compromising schedule or quality. We are committed to taking 100% responsibility and accountability of project concerns from Pre-Construction through Close Out, always being mindful of your budget. From the start of the project an RFI log will be established. All RFI’s will be reviewed by Lovvorn personnel prior to forwarding to the owner and A/E for response, followed by subcontractors that are affected.
SUBCONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT PLAN
Our Subcontractor Management Plan starts out before the signing of the owner contract, making sure that our subcontractors are committed to a team approach.

- Partner with subcontractors that are best fit for your project
- Set up a RFI log to track requests for pricing for each subcontractor
- Our standard Subcontract Agreement must be signed and completed before project starts
- Ensure all channels of communication are clearly defined and weekly progress reports completed
- A Statement of Work has subcontractors take responsibility for their deliverables
- Each subcontractor will have a single point of contact to improve quality and make sure they are on track with the CPM schedule and proposed budget

CFOThe sensible one, chief financial officer, the glue behind the scenes. With more than 35 years of experience, Debbie is one of the nicest, most professional, respectful, and reliable front office managers you’ll ever work with.
Project ManagerKen has more than 25 years working in various aspects of the construction industry and along the way has become a knowleadgeble project manager. He manages all aspects of construction ranging initial invitation,to bid to project completion.

Our resident techie that treats people with utmost respect, Sujith, joined Lovvorn Construction as an intern and quickly impressed leadership with his attention to detail and enthusiasm for the construction industry. Sujith earned his Master’s in Building Construction and Facility Management from Georgia Institute of Technology.
Project CoordinatorLeisa brings over 40 years professional experience serving in the coordinator and support role for a variety of industries. In her role with Lovvorn Construction, Leisa wears multiple hats and assists the team with all aspects of the construction process.
Business Development ManagerThe company cheerleader who also keeps us laughing. She has more than a decade of marketing, brand management and promotional experience in a variety of client facing environments. Sorina joined the company in 2017 and is focused on all aspects of marketing as well as business development for the private sector.
Senior SuperintendentBrian has knowledge in various areas of construction and has strong leadership and communication skills.He has the ambition and drive to see projects to completion and is concerned with performance and accountability.
General SuperintendentSuperintendent, waste-hater, scheduling wizard. With more than 30 years of construction experience, Hunter leads our team of superintendans.
